AI-assisted workflows
For research, draft copy and repetitive work I use AI-assisted workflows. That makes a lot of it faster and cheaper than an agency would be. It is how I work, not a product I sell. Whatever goes live, I look at first.

Replies on working days
I get back to you on working days. Not at weekends and not at night. Promising no emergency service and no on-call strikes me as more honest than offering both and then sleeping through it.
Limits
What I do not do
If your plan is bigger than what I offer, I will say so in our first conversation. Then neither of us has lost anything.
